Historical sites and cities of art
We are located near renowned cities of art, rich in history and culture, such as: Comacchio, Ferrara, Ravenna and Venice.
Timeless cities, waiting to be discovered and experienced: Ravenna, with its splendid mosaics, Ferrara, which combines the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, Venice, a unique lagoon city.
Then there is the pretty town of Comacchio, likened to Venice because of its lagoon setting.
Also not to be missed is Pomposa Abbey, an imposing and fascinating monastery, one of the most important in Italy, situated in the middle of a vast plain in the municipality of Codigoro, in the province of Ferrara.

Excursion by boat
In the Comacchio Valleys, boats are the only means of accessing an ecosystem of spectacular beauty, the realm of flamingos and a treasure trove of ancient traditions connected to water, salt and the fishing of eel. On board a motorboat, you can cross the main courses of the river, from the delta to the sea and back.

Excursions on horseback
If you love horses and riding these wonderful animals, take advantage of the moment to go on an excursion on horseback, immersed in nature, to discover unique and unspoilt natural environments.
In the saddle of white horses of the "Camargue Delta" breed, with their gentle and docile temperament, you will be able to ride through absolutely fascinating places immersed in the nature of the Po Delta.

Excursions on foot
A walking tour is the best way to get to know the naturalistic heritage of the Po Delta Park; among water and land, salt marshes, pinewoods and swamps there are many itineraries to enjoy and explore, such as the Finestra dei Fenicotteri, the Flamingo Window.

Excursions by bike
A preferred means of exploring the park and the salt marshes: the bicycle routes cross an enchanted territory where the charm of unspoilt nature blends with that of small villages and towns, more or less well-known, steeped in history, culture and traditions.

- Cycling to the old Comacchio saltworks: a guided route 7 km in length, which will take you to a tour of the Comacchio saltworks, starting from Stazione Foce.
- Two wheels in the woods: guided itinerary inside the Bosco della Mesola Nature Reserve, an unspoilt and unique location.
